The wellhead device mainly consists of a casing head, a tubing head, and a Christmas tree. The casing head is mainly used to connect each layer of casing and the oil layer casing, sealing the annulus between the two layers of casing. The tubing head is mainly used to suspend the tubing running into the well and seal the annular space between the tubing and the casing. The gas tree is mainly used for opening and closing wells, adjusting pressure and production during production, testing with gauge pressure, wellhead pressure measurement, small fishing and other operations.
The wellhead equipment for oil and gas production adopts a bipolar structure, and the valve adopts a common parallel gate structure. The valve body, valve cover, valve plate, and valve stem are made of materials with good high-temperature creep resistance, so the entire valve can withstand a high temperature of 380 degrees Celsius. Under high temperature and pressure, the opening and closing of the valve will not deform. The non-metallic seals are made of high-temperature resistant materials and have good sealing performance when used at 380 ℃.
