The crosshead is a critical motion-conversion component in the power end of a plunger pump. It efficiently transmits the rotary force from the crankshaft-connecting rod system and converts it into precise linear reciprocating motion to drive the plunger. Its stability directly affects sealing life and energy output efficiency. Our crossheads are integrally forged from alloy steel, offering exceptional durability. A double-wedge oil groove lubrication structure ensures the continuous formation of a high-pressure oil film, minimizing wear under extreme loads. The guide sleeve is embedded with self-lubricating bearings, working in tandem with precision-ground columns to eliminate lateral loading. This design is ideal for heavy-duty applications such as oilfield fracturing and ultra-high-pressure pumping.

Standard-type Power End Pony Rod

As a key force-transmission component in the power end of a plunger pump, the pony rod precisely delivers the reciprocating drive force between the crosshead and the plunger, ensuring zero power loss under high-frequency alternating loads. Its structural reliability directly impacts vibration control and sealing longevity of the pump unit. Our pony rods are forged from alloy steel to enhance tensile strength and fatigue resistance. The surface is coated with 715E-10 alloy to improve wear resistance and corrosion protection, ensuring deformation-free and failure-free performance during operation. Specifically designed for high-pressure plunger pumps and precision hydraulic intensification systems.

Valve Bodies and Seats

The valve body and valve seat form the high-pressure sealing core of the plunger pump’s fluid end. Operating at opening and closing frequencies of dozens of times per second, they precisely control the unidirectional flow of the medium. Their wear resistance directly determines pump efficiency and maintenance intervals. Fracturing Pump Plunger

The plunger is a key component of the fluid end in a fracturing pump. By reciprocating within the liner, it changes the chamber volume to achieve suction and pressurization.
