Product Introduction
Integral fittings are generally using high-strength alloy steel integral die forging molding, is the most important fluid collection and distribution components of the pipe manifold connection system. From the raw material to the molding process, after a number of flaw detection, to reduce the flow of internal and surface defects. The overall structure is designed to be lightweight and compact while ensuring strength. During processing, where the channels are coherent, they are carefully polished with rounded transitions to prevent stress concentration.

Product Features
· In the change of fluid direction, the Aifuel integral joint has been strengthened to prolong the safe service life for the serious erosion of the inner wall;
· During the processing, the intersecting channels are carefully polished for round corners to prevent stress concentration;
· Integral fittings include elbows, laterals, wyes, long radius elbows, tees and crosses style.
